Cookies
What cookies are, which ones we use, and how to control them
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between pages and between visits — for example, what is in your basket.
The categories we use
| Category | What it does | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeps your basket and session working, remembers your cookie choices, and protects against fraud. | No — the store cannot work without them |
| Functional | Remembers preferences such as your chosen currency or recently viewed items. | Yes |
| Analytics | Tells us which pages are used and how people move around the site, so we can improve it. Data is aggregated. | Yes |
| Marketing | Used to show you relevant advertising on other sites and to measure whether a campaign worked. | Yes |
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by other companies whose services we use — our payment providers during checkout, our analytics provider, and advertising platforms where marketing cookies are enabled. Those companies have their own privacy and cookie notices.
How to control cookies
You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Every major browser lets you block third-party cookies, block all cookies, or clear cookies when you close the window. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of this site from working, including checkout.
- Chrome: Settings › Privacy and security › Third-party cookies
- Safari: Settings › Privacy › Manage website data
- Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings › Cookies and site permissions › Manage and delete cookies
Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting analytics or marketing cookies and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time.
Do Not Track
Browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is still no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it, so we handle opt-outs through the consent controls described above instead.
