Withdraw from Contract (EU)
Your 14-day right of withdrawal as an EU consumer
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This page explains how to use that right.
The withdrawal period
The period begins on the day you, or a third party you nominated (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parts, the period begins on the day you receive the last part.
To meet the deadline you only need to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires. You do not need to have returned the goods by then, but you must send them back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you told us you were withdrawing.
How to withdraw
Tell us clearly that you are withdrawing. You can email [email protected] or write to 1587 NW Monopoly St, Silverdale, WA 98383. A clear statement is enough — you do not need to use the form below, but you may if you prefer.
Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offered, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — in practice, please do not wear the item outdoors before deciding.
When the right does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.
- Goods sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Sealed audio, video or computer software that has been unsealed.
This page describes your statutory rights as an EU consumer and sits alongside our Terms & Conditions. Where the two differ, your statutory rights prevail.
